ENVOYTEX Corporate Disclosure — 27 April 2026

The company has informed that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 26 April 2026, has approved to purchase 50.37 decimal land in the adjacent area of the company's factory at Jamirda, Bhaluka, Mymensingh, Bangladesh at a total approximate cost of Tk. 8.09 crore including Registration and other costs. The said land will be used for the future extension of the factory.

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে, পরিচালক পর্ষদ ২৬ এপ্রিল ২০২৬ তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত সভায় রেজিস্ট্রেশন ও অন্যান্য খরচসহ মোট আনুমানিক ৮.০৯ কোটি টাকা ব্যয়ে বাংলাদেশের ময়মনসিংহ জেলার ভালুকা উপজেলার জামিরদায় অবস্থিত কোম্পানির কারখানার সংলগ্ন এলাকায় ৫০.৩৭ ডেসিমেল জমি ক্রয়ের অনুমোদন দিয়েছে। উক্ত জমিটি কারখানার ভবিষ্যৎ সম্প্রসারণের জন্য ব্যবহার করা হবে।
