EPGL Corporate Disclosure — 20 November 2022

The auditor of the Energypac Power Generation Limited has given the "Emphasis of Matters" and "Going Concern" paragraphs in the Auditor's Report for the year ended 30 June 2022. Emphasis of Matter: Material Uncertainty Related to Going Concern We draw attention to Note 2.08 in the financial statements, which disclose issues related to the Group's ability to continue as a going concern and mitigating factors.
