(Continuation news of EPGL): mechanism which involves capacity payment, risk of project failure due to lack or buyers for electricity produced by an IPP is largely eliminated. Once an IPP project is timely completed and agreed capacity is achieved at the COD, the Project essentially becomes risk-free with significant future revenue guaranteed by the Government.
