ESQUIRENIT Dividend Disclosure

(Continuation news of ESQUIRENIT): The Board has further decided that, the Company would withdraw BDT 37,500,000.00 invested in Esquire Electronics Limited and BDT 10,275,000.00 invested in Esquire Accessories Limited, which are two associates of the company. This decision was made as they have not declared any dividend since Esquire Knit Composite Limited invested in the two associate companies. (end)
