ESQUIRENIT Corporate Disclosure — 21 March 2024

The Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its Meeting held on 20th March 2024 approved the investment decision amounting to BDT 50.00 million (BDT fifty million only) for its subsidiary L' Esquire Limited. This investment is part of a continued investment by the Company in a subsidiary Company that will meet upcoming export opportunities and secure Profit and Dividend for the Company. (cont.)

কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ তার 20শে মার্চ 2024-এ অনুষ্ঠিত সভায় তার সহযোগী L' Esquire Limited-এর জন্য BDT 50.00 মিলিয়ন (কেবল BDT পঞ্চাশ মিলিয়ন) বিনিয়োগের সিদ্ধান্ত অনুমোদন করেছে। এই বিনিয়োগটি একটি সহায়ক কোম্পানিতে কোম্পানির অব্যাহত বিনিয়োগের অংশ যা আসন্ন রপ্তানির সুযোগ পূরণ করবে এবং কোম্পানির জন্য লাভ ও লভ্যাংশ সুরক্ষিত করবে। (চলবে)
