ESQUIRENIT Corporate Disclosure — 27 November 2025

Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has announced the Surveillance entity rating of the Company as "AA3" in the long term and "ST-3" in the short term along with Stable outlook based on audited financial statements up to June 30, 2025; bank liability position as on September 30, 2025 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

ক্রেডিট রেটিং এজেন্সি অফ বাংলাদেশ লিমিটেড (CRAB) কোম্পানির সার্ভিল্যান্স এন্টিটি রেটিং দীর্ঘমেয়াদে "AA3" এবং স্বল্পমেয়াদে "ST-3" ঘোষণা করেছে, পাশাপাশি ৩০ জুন, ২০২৫ তারিখ পর্যন্ত নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবৃতি, ৩০ সেপ্টেম্বর, ২০২৫ তারিখে ব্যাংকের দায়বদ্ধতার অবস্থান এবং রেটিং ঘোষণার তারিখ পর্যন্ত অন্যান্য প্রাসঙ্গিক পরিমাণগত এবং গুণগত তথ্যের উপর ভিত্তি করে স্থিতিশীল দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি ঘোষণা করেছে।
