Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 23.09.2021 regarding approval of the draft scheme of Amalgamation, the Company has further informed that the shareholders have approved the amalgamation of Evince Textiles Ltd. And Evitex Fashions Limited in EGM subject to the approval of the Honorable High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and any other Regulatory Body.
