The auditor of the Evince Textiles Limited has given the "Emphasis of Matter" paragraphs in the Auditor's Report for the year ended on 30 June, 2021. Emphasis of Matter: 1.The Bangladesh Labor (amended) act 2013 requires the company to contribute 5% of its net profit to WPPF. The management has ascertained the amount and made necessary provision but not made any payment since financial year 2017 which is apparent as noncompliance of the said act. (end)
