Referring to the earlier news disseminated on 23.05.2023, the company has informed that the Board of Directors have decided to issue ordinary shares to the shareholders of Evitex Fashions Limited, the transferor company, at a ratio of 1:1.8 at face value subject to the consent of BSEC. In this regard, the company will issue 7,92,000 Nos. of Ordinary Shares to the transferor company's shareholders at a rate of Face Value BDT 10/- after getting consent from BSEC.
