(approx.) including common space at 1st, 2nd and Ground Floor at "Airbell Helianthus", Jamal Khan Road, Kotowali, Chattogram, amounting Tk. 16,00,00,000.00 (Taka sixteen crore only) subject to approval of Bangladesh Bank.
