EXIMBANK Board Meeting on 19 October 2023

The Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 19, 2023 at 3:30 PM where, among others, the half-yearly audited financial statements for the period ended on June 30, 2023 will be placed for consideration/adoption in connection with formalities for issuance of Fully Redeemable Non-Convertible Floating Rate EXIM 5th Subordinated Bond of BDT 4,000.00 million.

কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে 19 অক্টোবর, 2023 বিকাল 3:30 টায় পরিচালনা পর্ষদের একটি সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে যেখানে অন্যান্যদের মধ্যে, 30 জুন, 2023 তারিখে শেষ হওয়া সময়ের জন্য অর্ধ-বার্ষিক নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবৃতিগুলি রাখা হবে। সম্পূর্ণরূপে রিডিমেবল নন-কনভার্টেবল ফ্লোটিং রেট এক্সিম 5 তম অধীনস্থ বন্ড 4,000.00 মিলিয়ন টাকা ইস্যু করার জন্য আনুষ্ঠানিকতার সাথে বিবেচনা/দত্তক নেওয়া।
