Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 31.05.2023 regarding sale declaration of Mr. Mazakat Harun, one of the Sponsors of the company, who expressed his intention to sell 4,80,000 shares of the Company. In this respect BSEC has allowed time extension including restricted period for selling the declared 4,80,000 shares of the above sponsor of the company till January 31, 2024. As such, time has been extended up to January 31, 2024 for selling the mentioned shares (in Public/Block Market).
