Refer to the earlier news disseminated by DSE on 19.06.2024, the company has further informed that Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC), vide their letter dated November 28, 2024 has accorded its approval to the company for issuance of Unsecured, Non-Convertible, Redeemable, Floating Rate EXIM 6th Subordinated Bond of BDT 250,00,00,000 (Two hundred fifty crore) only through private placement in cash consideration.
