EXIMBANK Corporate Disclosure — 1 December 2024

(Cont. news of EXIMBANK): Face value and issue price of the Bond shall be BDT 5,00,000 (Five lac) Per Bond. The consent has been accorded subject to compliance of relevant laws and regulatory requirements as per BSEC (Debt Securities) Rules, 2021 and adherence to the conditions imposed by BSEC under Section- 2CC of the Securities and Exchange Ordinance, 1969. The purpose of the issue is to strengthen the capital base of the company. (end)
