Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 27.04.2025 regarding reschedule of Board Meeting under LR 19(1), the company has further informed that the issue of considering the audited financial statements of the company for the year ended 31 December, 2024 could not be placed in the Board Meeting of the Company held on 30 April, 2025 at 3:30 PM due to unavoidable circumstances. New date and time of the Board meeting under the LR 19(1) will be notified later.

LR 19(1) এর অধীনে বোর্ড সভার পুনঃনির্ধারণ সম্পর্কে DSE কর্তৃক ২৭.০৪.২০২৫ তারিখে প্রকাশিত তাদের পূর্ববর্তী সংবাদের দিকে নজর রেখে, কোম্পানিটি আরও জানিয়েছে যে ৩১ ডিসেম্বর, ২০২৪ তারিখে সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য কোম্পানির নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবৃতি বিবেচনা করার বিষয়টি অনিবার্য কারণে ৩০ এপ্রিল, ২০২৫ তারিখে বিকাল ৩:৩০ টায় অনুষ্ঠিত কোম্পানির বোর্ড সভায় উত্থাপন করা যায়নি। LR 19(1) এর অধীনে বোর্ড সভার নতুন তারিখ এবং সময় পরে জানানো হবে।
