EXIMBANK Corporate Disclosure — 4 May 2025

Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 30.04.2025 regarding Reschedule of Board Meeting under LR 19(1), the company has further informed that due to some unavoidable circumstances, it is not possible to submit audited financial statements-2024 to the Commission within April 30, 2025. Under the above circumstances, the company has requested the Commission to extend time up to May 29, 2025 for finalization and submission of audited financial statements-2024.

LR 19(1) এর অধীনে বোর্ড সভার পুনঃনির্ধারণ সম্পর্কে ৩০.০৪.২০২৫ তারিখে DSE কর্তৃক প্রকাশিত তাদের পূর্ববর্তী সংবাদের দিকে নজর রেখে, কোম্পানিটি আরও জানিয়েছে যে কিছু অনিবার্য পরিস্থিতির কারণে, ৩০ এপ্রিল, ২০২৫ এর মধ্যে কমিশনের কাছে নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবরণী-২০২৪ জমা দেওয়া সম্ভব নয়। উপরোক্ত পরিস্থিতিতে, কোম্পানিটি কমিশনের কাছে নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবরণী-২০২৪ চূড়ান্তকরণ এবং জমা দেওয়ার জন্য ২৯ মে, ২০২৫ পর্যন্ত সময় বাড়ানোর অনুরোধ করেছে।
