A team of CSE visited the factory premises & corporate head office of Familytex (BD) Limited and found the operation/production closed. According to the documents received from Bangladesh Export Processing Zones Authority (BEPZA), all the assets of the Company inside BEPZA were sold out to M/s. Bangladesh Spinners & Knitters (Pvt.) সিএসই-এর একটি দল ফ্যামিলিটেক্স (বিডি) লিমিটেডের কারখানা চত্বর ও কর্পোরেট প্রধান কার্যালয় পরিদর্শন করে কার্যক্রম/উৎপাদন বন্ধ দেখতে পায়। বাংলাদেশ রপ্তানি প্রক্রিয়াকরণ অঞ্চল কর্তৃপক্ষ (বেপজা) থেকে প্রাপ্ত নথি অনুযায়ী, দীর্ঘ সময় ধরে কার্যক্রম স্থগিত থাকা এবং চলমান আর্থিক অবনতির কারণে, বেপজার অভ্যন্তরে থাকা কোম্পানির সমস্ত সম্পদ একটি স্বচ্ছ ও প্রতিযোগিতামূলক উন্মুক্ত দরপত্র প্রক্রিয়ার মাধ্যমে মেসার্স বাংলাদেশ স্পিনার্স অ্যান্ড নিটার্স (প্রাইভেট) লিমিটেডের কাছে বিক্রি করে দেওয়া হয়েছে। (চলবে)
