The Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has accepted the resignation of Mr. Kim Jong Suk from the Board of Directors and from the post of Managing Director of the Company. The Board of the Company has also accepted share transfer proposal of 2,20,05,000 shares of Mr. Kim Jong Suk to S.S. Energy Explosions Ltd.
