The Company has sent minutes of their 4th EGM, held on 14.11.2016, from which it is revealed that the shareholders of the company did not approve the proposal of right issuance to set up a new unit for textile Industry at Rupgonj, Narayangonj, at the rate of 1R:1 with an offer price of Tk. 15.00. Due to non issuance of right shares, the proposal of the company to increase the authorized capital of the company from TK. 300.00 crore to Tk. 500.00 crore was also declined unanimously by the shareholders.
