The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has decided as per Section 54 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 1984, shareholders' 12 digits e-TIN up-gradation is required through DP on or before October 19, 2016. Failure to do so, he/she will be subject to deduction of Income Tax @ 15% instead of 10% (for individual).
