Textile Industries Limited, a non-listed public limited Company, with its all assets and liabilities as per provisions of Sections 228 and 229 of the Companies Act, 1994 subject to approval of the Shareholders, the Honorable High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and other Regulatory authorities as required.
