(Continuation news of FARCHEM): The Company has also informed that Shifting Disposal of Chemical Factory: The meeting had a threadbare discussion on the shifting/ disposal of factory shed, plant and equipment located at EPZ Cumilla to the newly established own factory premises at Rupgonj, Narayangonj and resolved the shifting/disposal accordingly as per the approval of shareholders in the AGM dated on December 22, 2020 and respective concerned authorities with cease the operation of factory of Cumilla EPZ.
