FARCHEM Corporate Disclosure — 8 January 2023

(Continuation news of FARCHEM): According to scheme of Merger/Amalgamation, the merger shall be deemed to have been effective on the date that all the Conditions have been satisfied and the certified copy of the Order made by the High Court Division is filed with the RJSC for Merger (the "Effective Date"). As per the Judgement and Order, and as per the terms of the Scheme of Amalgamation, S.F. Textile Industries Limited will be merged with FAR Chemical Industries Limited (cont.2)
