(Cont. news of FARCHEM): as per the Judgment and Order of the Honorable High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, Dated on: 28th November, 2022 in terms of the Scheme of Amalgamation. The company also informed that the following resolutions were passed: Resolution No. 01). Both the companies director were unanimously decided to amalgamate the Authorized Share Capital that would be Tk. 5,010,000,000/- (Taka Five Hundred and One Crore) (cont.2)

(ফারচেমের চলমান খবর): বাংলাদেশ সুপ্রিম কোর্টের মাননীয় হাইকোর্ট বিভাগের রায় ও আদেশ অনুসারে, তারিখ: ২৮শে নভেম্বর, ২০২২ তারিখে একত্রিতকরণ প্রকল্পের শর্তে। কোম্পানিটি আরও জানায় যে নিম্নলিখিত রেজুলেশনগুলি পাস করা হয়েছে: রেজোলিউশন নং 01)। উভয় কোম্পানির পরিচালক সর্বসম্মতিক্রমে অনুমোদিত শেয়ার মূলধন একত্রিত করার সিদ্ধান্ত নেন যা হবে টাকা। 5,010,000,000/- (টাকা পাঁচশত এক কোটি) (চলবে 2)
