FAREASTFIN Corporate Disclosure — 19 September 2022

(Continuation news of FAREASTFIN): Based on the decision no interest has been charged on the outstanding loan amount of Tk. 2,895.22 million from 01 July 2015. In order to follow Bangladesh Bank's suggestions regarding repayment of over limit investment in subsidiaries, the Board of Directors of the company in their 185th meeting held on 21 May 2018 decided to re-fix the repayment schedule and set out a time bound strategy to complete the repayment within 2025. (FAREASTFIN-এর ধারাবাহিক খবর): সিদ্ধান্তের ভিত্তিতে বকেয়া ঋণের পরিমাণ টাকায় কোনো সুদ নেওয়া হয়নি। 01 জুলাই 2015 থেকে 2,895.22 মিলিয়ন। সাবসিডিয়ারিগুলিতে অতিরিক্ত সীমা বিনিয়োগের ঋণ পরিশোধের বিষয়ে বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংকের পরামর্শ অনুসরণ করার জন্য, কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ 21 মে 2018 তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত তাদের 185 তম সভায় ঋণ পরিশোধের সময়সূচী পুনর্নির্ধারণের সিদ্ধান্ত নেয় এবং সিদ্ধান্ত নেয়। 2025 সালের মধ্যে পরিশোধ সম্পূর্ণ করার জন্য একটি সময় বদ্ধ কৌশল। (চলমান)
