FAREASTFIN Corporate Disclosure — 19 September 2022

(Continuation news of FAREASTFIN): SEC/SRMIC/2021/part-Z/89 dated 29 March 2021 as the Company and its Board of Directors fails to declare dividend since 2017 and for that the Company placed/transferred in the "Z-category" w.e.f. 19 April 2018. The Commission hereby nominated 6 (six) distinguished persons/individuals as Independent Directors and 3 (three) Sponsor shareholders as Directors of the Company. (cont.16)

(FAREASTFIN-এর ধারাবাহিক খবর): SEC/SRMIC/2021/part-Z/89 তারিখ 29 মার্চ 2021 যেহেতু কোম্পানি এবং এর পরিচালনা পর্ষদ 2017 সাল থেকে লভ্যাংশ ঘোষণা করতে ব্যর্থ হয়েছে এবং এর জন্য কোম্পানি "Z-শ্রেণীতে স্থানান্তরিত/হস্তান্তর করেছে " w.e.f. 19 এপ্রিল 2018। কমিশন এতদ্বারা 6 (ছয়) জন বিশিষ্ট ব্যক্তি/ব্যক্তিকে স্বাধীন পরিচালক এবং 3 (তিন) জন স্পনসর শেয়ারহোল্ডারকে কোম্পানির পরিচালক হিসাবে মনোনীত করেছে। (চলমান 16)
