The Company has informed that, the board of directors of the company has decided to purchase 7,00,000 Ordinary Shares of Tk. 10.00 each, total amount Tk. 70.00 lac only of its subsidiary company, Fareast Islami Properties Limited. With the above shares, the total holding of shares by Fareast Islami Life Insurance Company limited will be 58,00,000, which is 58% of total shares of Fareast Islami Properties Limited.
