FASFIN Corporate Disclosure — 3 November 2022

(Continuation news of FASFIN): 2. Reference to the Note no. 13 to the financial statements, Tax deducted at source amount BDT 234,913,551, VAT deducted at source amount BDT 4,700,075 which has been kept as payable has been shown at BDT 239,613,626. However, the company has not deposited the Tax deducted at source & VAT deducted at source duly in the government treasury. This is a non-compliance of Income tax ordinance, 1984. (cont.4)

(ফাসফিনের ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): 2. নোট নং এর রেফারেন্স। আর্থিক বিবৃতিতে 13, উৎসের পরিমাণে কর কাটা হয়েছে 234,913,551 টাকা, উৎসের পরিমাণে ভ্যাট কাটা হয়েছে 4,700,075 টাকা যা প্রদেয় হিসাবে রাখা হয়েছে 239,613,626 টাকা দেখানো হয়েছে। তবে কোম্পানিটি উৎসে কর্তনকৃত কর এবং উৎসে কর্তনকৃত ভ্যাট যথাযথভাবে সরকারি কোষাগারে জমা করেনি। এটি আয়কর অধ্যাদেশ, 1984-এর একটি অ-সম্মতি। (চলমান 4)
