FBFIF Corporate Disclosure — 24 April 2025

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Trustee of Fund has informed that a meeting of the Trustee Committee will be held on April 29, 2025 at 5:00 PM to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the Fund for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2025.

ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (তালিকাভুক্তি) প্রবিধান, ২০১৫ এর প্রবিধান ১৬(১) অনুসারে, তহবিলের ট্রাস্টি অব ইন্ডিয়া অবহিত করেছেন যে, ট্রাস্টি কমিটির একটি সভা ২৯ এপ্রিল, ২০২৫ তারিখে বিকাল ৫:০০ টায় অনুষ্ঠিত হবে, যেখানে অন্যান্য বিষয়ের মধ্যে ৩১ মার্চ, ২০২৫ তারিখে সমাপ্ত তৃতীয় প্রান্তিকের (Q3) সময়ের জন্য তহবিলের অ-নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবৃতি বিবেচনা করা হবে।
