Lokman Chowdhury and Nurul Alam, both are Sponsors of the Company, have expressed their intention to transfer 10,50,000 shares each out of their total holdings of 13,24,514 and 13,24,469 shares respectively to their sons, Towfiqul Islam Chowdhury and Towhidul Alam by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within next 30 working days from the date of issuance of approval letter by DSE.
