FINEFOODS Corporate Disclosure — 31 October 2022

(Continuation news of FINEFOODS): recognition and at subsequent reporting dates at fair value less estimated cost to sale except for the case described in paragraph 30 where the fair value cannot be measured reliably. It has been valued by the company the asset at Historical Cost which is a departure from the compliance of IAS 41. Management did not perform any fair value calculations and hence we do not have the necessary information to quantify the misstatement. Consequently, we are unable (cont. 2)
