The Company has further informed that based on a writ petition (writ petition no. 12827/17 dated August 29, 2017) filed by a Shareholder, the Honorable High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh has given a Stay Order on the upcoming AGM of the Company, scheduled to be held on August 30, 2017. In this circumstance, based on the above Stay Order, the AGM of the Company, to be held on August 30, 2017, has been postponed for a period of 2 months.
