FIRSTFIN Corporate Disclosure — 1 August 2022

(Continuation news of FIRSTFIN): The provision recorded by the Company as at 31 December 2021 has a shortfall of BDT 1,692,113,395 which the Company has obtained permission from Bangladesh Bank (through letter no DFIM(c) 1054/31/2022-1980 dated 06 July 2022) to adjustment over a period of 7 years from 2021-2027. After making the necessary adjustments for the current year, the current provision against leases, loans and advances is understated by BDT 1,450,382,910. (cont.15)

(FIRSTFIN-এর ধারাবাহিক খবর): 31 ডিসেম্বর 2021-এ কোম্পানির দ্বারা রেকর্ড করা বিধানটিতে 1,692,113,395 টাকার ঘাটতি রয়েছে যা কোম্পানি বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংক থেকে অনুমতি পেয়েছে (চিঠি নং DFIM(c) 1054/31/2022-1960 তারিখের মাধ্যমে জুলাই 2022) 2021-2027 থেকে 7 বছরের জন্য সামঞ্জস্য করা। চলতি বছরের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় সামঞ্জস্য করার পর, ইজারা, ঋণ এবং অগ্রিমের বিপরীতে বর্তমান বিধানটি 1,450,382,910 টাকা দ্বারা ছোট করা হয়েছে। (প্রচলিত 15)
