FIRSTFIN Corporate Disclosure — 1 August 2022

(Continuation news of FIRSTFIN): 7. We draw your attention to Note 10.01 to the financial statements which describe the effect of a provision shortfall against Other Assets. To comply with the DFIM no. 10 dated 03.10.2021, the provision required by the Company as at 31 December 2021 is BDT 25,885,201 which the Company has obtained permission from Bangladesh Bank (through letter no DFIM(c) 1054/31/2022-1980 dated 06 July 2022) to adjustment over a period of 7 years from 2021-2027.
