We draw attention to Note 14 which states that the Company has transferred BDT 594,530 to the designated dividend accounts in order to remain complaint with the said BSEC Directive BSEC/CMRRCD/2021-386/03 Dated 14.01.21 and subsequently on 12 June 2022 Company transfer the amount to Capital Market Stabilization Fund of Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission. 4.
