(Continuation news of FIRSTFIN): any amount received as share money deposit must be converted to share capital within 6 months from the receiving date. The Company had received amount to BDT 159,916 which was not converted to shares within the stipulated six months. Subsequent to year-end, but before the finalization of the financial statements, the Company has transferred the outstanding amount to Capital Market Stabilization Fund of Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission.
