FIRSTFIN Corporate Disclosure — 27 July 2023

(Continuation of FIRSTFIN): and FIRSTFIN didn't comply with the Condition No. 2 of the said Notification where it is mentioned that after the issuance of the Notification, the Board of Directors of a "Listed Company trading under "Z"-Category" shall be reconstituted, within 45 (forty-five) working days from the first day of placement of the company to the "Z"-Category" by the existing Board of Directors from the Shareholders to (cont.5)
