The Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to raise BDT 600.00 crore only through issuance of Mudaraba Perpetual Bond as additional Tier-1 (AT-1) capital to support the bank's Basel-III compliance in line with Bangladesh Bank Guidelines on Risk Based Capital Adequacy dated December 2014 subject to approval of concerned authorities and complying with regulatory authorities.
