The new record date of the company (in compliance with regulation 23 of the DSE Listing Regulations, 2015) will be on 23.04.19 instead of 22.04.19 due to Holiday for Holy Shab-e-Barat on 22.04.19. As a result, trading of the shares of the Company will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block transactions will also be settled as per Spot settlement cycle with cum benefit on 18.04.19 and 21.04.19 instead of 17.04.19 to 18.04.19. Trading of the shares will remain suspended on record date i.e., 23.04.19.
