The Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to issue Fully Redeemable Non-Convertible "Mudaraba Subordinated Bond (Private Placement)" of Tk. 700.00 crore through private placement with 7 years maturity subject to approval of the regulatory authorities for enhancement of Tier-II Capital as per requirement of Basel-III norms.
