The Company has informed that the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) vide its letter dated August 27, 2017 has given its consent for raising of capital of the Company amounting to Tk. 450,00,00,000.00 only through issuance of 2nd Mudaraba Subordinated Bond for the enhancement of Tier-II Capital as per the requirement of BASEL-III. Price of the Bond is Tk. 10,00,000.00 only per unit. (cont.)
