With reference to their earlier news (news disseminated by DSE on March 13, 2014) regarding issuance of Rights share, the Company has further informed that the Board of Directors has recommended to revise the Offer Price of the rights issue @ 1R:2 (1 rights share for every two shares) to Tk. 10.00 each at par instead of Tk. 12.00 subject to approval by the shareholders in the EGM as well as by the Regulatory Authorities. Date of EGM: 19.07.2014, Time: 12:00 Noon, Venue: Hotel Agrabad, Chittagong. Record date for EGM: 22.06.2014. Another record date for entitlement of the proposed rights shares to be notified later after obtaining approval from BSEC.
