The Company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the meeting scheduled to be held on April 30, 2025 at 3:00 PM as per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the Company for the First Quarter (Q1) period ended March 31, 2025, has been postponed.
