(Continuation news of FORTUNE): It is to be noted that the said EPS has been calculated based on weighted average Pre-IPO paid-up number of shares 75,000,000 in 2016 and 9,615,000 in 2015. However, considering Post-IPO 97,000,000 number of shares, Company's basic EPS would be Tk. 1.10 for 12 (twelve) Months (1 June,2015- 31 May 2016) period ended on 31 May, 2016 and NAV per share would be Tk. 13.32 as on 30 June 2016.
