FUWANGCER Approves Factory BMRE Investment

The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has decided to increase the tiles production capacity by 15,000 SQM (estimated) per day through greenfield project including land and BMRE the existing tiles plant (Line-1, Line-2 and Line-3) at an investment of BDT 6,500 million subject to approval of the shareholders in the EGM/AGM. The date, time, record date and other information of EGM/AGM will be notified later.
