With reference to their earlier news (disseminated by DSE on 29.10.2017 regarding "Dividend Declaration & increase of Authorized Capital") The Company has further informed that they will conduct an EGM to increase the Authorized Capital from Tk. 100.00 crore to Tk. 150.00 crore by amending the Clause V of the Memorandum of Associations and clause 4 of the Articles of Association of the Company, subject to approval of the shareholders in the EGM (cont.)
