The auditor of the Fu Wang Food Ltd. has given the "Qualified Opinion" paragraphs in the Auditor's Report for the year ended on 30 June, 2021. Qualified Opinion: i. Refer to Note-19, for Gross Sales of BDT. 896,014,358, no proper accounting books and supporting documents such as invoice, sales day book etc. could be produced to us.
