FUWANGFOOD Corporate Disclosure — 23 January 2022

BSEC has approved the transfer of 84,42,726 (39,82,726 + 22,30,000 + 22,30,000) shares of Fu-Wang Foods Limited from the Sellers namely Arif Ahmed Chowdhury, Afsana Tarannum and Lubaba Tabassum respectively, all are the Directors of Fu-Wang Foods Limited to the Buyer namely Minori Bangladesh Ltd. through outside the trading system of the Exchanges at a negotiated price of taka 10 (ten) each share as per Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) under the provisions of (cont.1)

বিএসইসি বিক্রেতাদের কাছ থেকে ফু-ওয়াং ফুডস লিমিটেডের 84,42,726 (39,82,726 + 22,30,000 + 22,30,000) শেয়ার হস্তান্তরের অনুমোদন দিয়েছে যথাক্রমে আরিফ আহমেদ চৌধুরী, আফসানা তারান্নুম এবং লুবাবা তাবাসসুম ফু-এর পরিচালক। -ওয়াং ফুডস লিমিটেড ক্রেতার কাছে মাইনোরি বাংলাদেশ লিমিটেড, এক্সচেঞ্জের ট্রেডিং সিস্টেমের বাইরে 10 (দশ) টাকা মূল্যে শেয়ার ক্রয় চুক্তি (এসপিএ) এর বিধানের অধীনে শেয়ার ক্রয় চুক্তি (এসপিএ) অনুসারে।
