(Continuation news of FUWANGFOOD): this regard; b) After execution of the proposed transfer of shares in the name of Minori Bangladesh Ltd, the buyer will nominate 1 or more individuals as nominated/representative directors against the transferred 7.61% shares in the board of Fu-Wang Foods Limited to maintain uninterrupted holding of shares by directors; c) The buyer Minori Bangladesh Ltd. shall inject fresh funds amounting to at least (cont.3)

(ফুওয়াংফুডের ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): এই বিষয়ে; খ) মিনোরি বাংলাদেশ লিমিটেডের নামে প্রস্তাবিত শেয়ার হস্তান্তর কার্যকর করার পরে, ক্রেতা নিরবচ্ছিন্ন হোল্ডিং বজায় রাখার জন্য ফু-ওয়াং ফুডস লিমিটেডের বোর্ডে স্থানান্তরিত 7.61% শেয়ারের বিপরীতে 1 বা তার বেশি ব্যক্তিকে মনোনীত/প্রতিনিধি পরিচালক হিসাবে মনোনীত করবেন। পরিচালকদের দ্বারা শেয়ার; গ) ক্রেতা মাইনরি বাংলাদেশ লিমিটেড কমপক্ষে (চলতি) পরিমাণের নতুন তহবিল ইনজেক্ট করবে।
