FUWANGFOOD Corporate Disclosure — 27 April 2022

The Company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the meeting scheduled to be held on April 26, 2022 at 2:30 PM as per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the Company for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2022, has been postponed.

কোম্পানিটি আরও জানিয়েছে যে অনিবার্য পরিস্থিতির কারণে, ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (লিস্টিং) রেগুলেশন, 2015 এর রেগুলেশন 16(1) অনুসারে 26 এপ্রিল, 2022 দুপুর 2:30 টায় বৈঠকটি অনুষ্ঠিত হওয়ার কথা রয়েছে, যার মধ্যে বিবেচনা করার জন্য অন্যান্য, 31 মার্চ, 2022 তারিখে শেষ হওয়া তৃতীয় ত্রৈমাসিকের (Q3) সময়ের জন্য কোম্পানির অনিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবৃতি স্থগিত করা হয়েছে।
